Ingredients
  

  • Adequate EB Steamboat 5 in 1
  • Adequate EB Ring Roll
  • Carrot (Shredded)
  • Red Chilli (Chopped)
  • Minced Garlic
  • Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • Lime
  • Milk Cabbage

Instructions
 

Vietnamese Sauce

  • 100ml water + 2 tablespoons chilli garlic + 2 tablespoons sugar + 60ml fish sauce + 10ml vinegar + 30ml lime juice + 2 clove garlic, minced + 1 red chilli chopped + shredded carrot into a bowl.
  • Stir well and keep the prepared sauce aside.

Cooking Method

  • Cook the EB Steamboat 5 in 1 according to the instructions on the package.
  • Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, and blanch milk cabbage.
  • Mix well the EB Steamboat 5 in 1 and milk cabbage with Vietnamese sauce. Arrange the EB Steamboat 5 in 1, milk cabbage and ring roll on the plate.
  • Serve with the Vietnamese sauce.
