Ingredients
  

  • Adequate EB Alaska Pollock Filet
  • Adequate Thai Basil
  • Minced Garlic
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Lime Juice

Instructions
 

Make The Sauce

  • Put 1/2 tbsp black soy sauce + 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce+ 1 tsp red pepper flakes + 1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp fish sauce + 1 tsp lime juice into a bowl, add minced Garlic and add a little water.

Cooking Method

  • Fry the Alaska Pollock Fillet according to the instructions on the package.
  • Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and heat.
  • Mix well the Alaska Pollock Fillet with the sauce, and put with some thai basil before serving.
