Put 1/2 tbsp black soy sauce + 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce+ 1 tsp red pepper flakes + 1 tsp sugar + 1 tsp fish sauce + 1 tsp lime juice into a bowl, add minced Garlic and add a little water.
Cooking Method
Fry the Alaska Pollock Fillet according to the instructions on the package.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and heat.
Mix well the Alaska Pollock Fillet with the sauce, and put with some thai basil before serving.
