Seasoned Soy Sauce
Instructions
Rinse tofu, cut and divide into 6 square pieces, put into a steaming plate.
Use tablespoon to scoop out prawn paste in a round shape, put on top of tofu together with sliced ginger.
Boil some water in a steamer, put in tofu to steam for 5 mins.
Remove and pour away water from steaming plate, drizzer seasoned soy sauce over the tofu, place the chopped chives and it’s ready to serve.
