Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet Fish Chip (deep-fry)
  • 1 packet Fish Patty (deep-fry)
  • 1 packet Fish Finger (deep-fry)
  • 1 packet Cheese Finger (deep-fry)
  • Traditional Kuih-Muih

Satay Sauce A: (blend & mix well)

  • 10 dried chillies
  • 5 shallots
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml water

Satay Sauce B: (Mix Well)

  • 150 g roaster peanut powder
  • 100 g palm sugar
  • 10 g tamarind juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 200 ml water

Instructions
 

  • Heat some oil, deep fry Fish Chip, Fish Patty, Fish Finger and Cheese Finger until golden brown, set aside.
  • Pour the blended Satay Sauce A into a pan and heat them.
  • Add in Satay Sauce B and mix well.
  • Serve Fish Chip, Fish Patty, Fish Finger and Cheese Finger with satay sauce and some traditional kuih-muih.
