Spread the mushroom and red capsicum evenly over the pita bread, bake in an air fryer 210°C for 5 minutes.
Place the cheese stick on the pita bread and basil evenly over the pita bread and cover with mozzarella cheese, bake in an air fryer 200°C for 5 minutes.
Put with some more Italian mixed herbs before serving.
