EB Group embarked on a momentous journey by participating in Gulfood 2024, a premier global food and beverage exhibition held on 19-23th February 2024. This experience was enriching, offering insights into global trends, market demands, competitor landscapes and emerging technologies.
Gulfood, renowned as the most comprehensive F&B showcase, attracted over 5,500 food and beverage companies from 190 countries, showcasing 150,000 new products. Excited by the opportunities, EB Group sent a dynamic team of food experts from Malaysia to Dubai to present our house brand – EB Frozen Food to a global attention. Our booth, MP-C2, featured an array of products including the Western Series, Dim Sum Series, Chicken Series, Hotpot Series, and Finger Food Series.

Throughout the exhibition, our team highlighted the strength of EB Frozen Food in the market and showcased the latest frozen food technology. We emphasized that frozen food can be both healthy and convenient by introducing products made with the freshest ingredients such as Alaska pollock, prawn, shrimp and chicken breast meat, processed minimally to retain their natural taste and nutritional value. The use of the Individual Quick Freezing method (IQF) ensures our products’ quality and shelf life by retaining our products throughout a quick freezing process.
On the other hand, we were honored to meet representatives from MATRADE, the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation, and engage in discussions about the future of Malaysia F&B industry and the potential of market expansion. We are excited to witness the emergence of “Buatan Malaysia” shining overseas and globally.

Additionally, our encounter with ASMI, the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute was memorable, they have been a valued business partner and supporter, witnessing our launch of the Western Series products: the Alaska Pollock Fillet and Alaska Pollock Finger. These products are processed using wild-caught food ingredients, specifically Alaska Pollock, renowned of its freshness and preservation of nutrients through the single frozen process.
